  • All accompanying materials, such as tags, invoices, and accessories, must be unmodified and included with the item.  

 

We advise retaining the original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your order, as this will help ensure a seamless return experience.

Refund Guidelines & Timeline  

 

After receiving the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return standards. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase.  

Refunds will only be granted for items that strictly adhere to our return criteria. Products that appear used, damaged, or tampered with will not qualify for a refund.  

 

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund  

 

Certain categories of products are non-returnable and non-refundable for safety, hygiene, or customization reasons. These include:  

 

  • Innerwear & Lingerie: Due to hygiene concerns, these cannot be accepted for return.  
  • Swimwear & Activewear: As these are worn directly against the skin, they are not eligible for returns.  
  • Customized or Personalized Orders: Items tailored to customer specifications cannot be returned.  
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased at reduced prices or during sales events are considered final and cannot be refunded.
