Our shipping operations are currently limited to addresses within India. While we do not offer international shipping at this time, we are working towards broadening our logistics capabilities to accommodate global orders in the near future.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, not including weekends and national holidays. Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining key details, such as your order summary and the estimated delivery period.  

Delivery Timelines  

Standard delivery typically ranges between 3 to 8 business days, based on your geographic location. We make every effort to dispatch your order promptly and minimize any potential delays.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, our courier will attempt redelivery two more times. After three unsuccessful attempts, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Should you request re-delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.  

Lost or Damaged Packages  

We take special care in packaging to prevent any damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please report the issue to our support team within 48 hours along with clear photos showing the damage.  

In the case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier to conduct a thorough investigation. Based on the findings, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or a replacement item.  

Special Delivery Requirements  

Some items, including bulky clothing, delicate items, or premium selections, may involve special shipping protocols. Any such requirements will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages to ensure full awareness before purchase.
